We're looking for a small number of people to join Pishon Digital as founding-team partners, not employees — building and owning the products alongside us from here.
This isn't a normal job posting. In exchange for real, hands-on commitment to building Pishon Digital's products, you'd earn equity in the company itself — up to 10%, depending on the role and what you bring. Exact terms are discussed individually with each candidate before anything is finalized.
We're a small, focused team building real software products for industries that actually need better technology — not chasing trends. If you want to build something you actually own a piece of, this is that.
What we're looking for
- Comfortable with early-stage, high-ownership work — this is building, not maintaining
- Real, demonstrable experience in your area (engineering, AI, design, or business development)
- Available to commit real time to this, not a side project
- Aligned with building products for industries that matter, not chasing trends
